Non-voucher "Pink Coupons" are provided to passengers by the airline when air traffic control delays or weather make for an unplanned overnight in a city at the passengers' expense. The passenger is responsible for all charges they incur and rates at partner hotels are guaranteed to be the lowest price that hotel offers.
